SOAR - Minsk Chapter

SOAR-Minsk joined the SOAR family in May 2014. First mentioned in the Medieval Chronicles in 1067, Minsk, the capital of Belarus and its geographical heart, has a population of 1.7 million. The city is situated in a picturesque locale on the banks of the Svisloch River, which historically was one of the busiest trade routes connecting the Baltic Sea to the Black Sea. There are approximately 10,000 Armenians living in Belarus today, primarily in Minsk. A large number of prominent scientific and creative intellectuals from among the Armenian Diaspora have come to Minsk, including Aleksandr Myasnikyan, Sergey Sardarov, Gayke Bzhishkyan and Hovhannes Bagramyan.

Khachik H. Muradyan has a Master`s Degree in Economics in the field of “Finances Management of Agrifood System”, а Bachelor`s Degree in Economics in the field of “Finances and Credit of Agrifood System” both from the State Agrarian University of Armenia (SAUA). He is a CFO and Chief Accountant at LLC “My Time” – an international accounting, consulting, and outsourcing organization, specializing in international tax and financial consulting. Khachik presently resides in Minsk, Republic of Belarus.

Vigen Manasyan

Vigen R. Manasyan has an MBA degree in Economics, qualified as economist in the field of “Accounting and Audit” both from Yerevan State Institute of Economics. He is a founder and Director at LLC “My Time” – an international accounting, consulting, and outsourcing organization, specializing in international project management and financial consulting. He has over ten years of experience in areas of tax auditing and supervision, business development, and financial management, analysis of tax risks and auditing. Outside of work, he is an active member of the Armenian community. Vigen presently resides in Minsk, Republic of Belarus, with his wife Anna and two young boys Rafael and Ara.
