June 1st is Children’s Day in Armenia

The holiday began at the 1925 World Conference for the Well-Being of Children in Geneva, Switzerland. After the conference, governments around the world established the Children’s Day celebration to draw attention to children’s issues and the promotion of children’s rights around the globe. Since 2005, SOAR has dedicated itself to the betterment of orphaned Armenian children throughout the world.

Our goal is for every child SOAR assists to be able to celebrate Children’s Day.
The facilities below and our Fallen Soldier Families are still in need of funding for their celebations.
