On January, 2010, Mario Bahramjian and family donated $2500 in lieu of flowers to SOAR-LA for the passing of their beloved mother and grandmother, Mrs. Victoria Azizian-Amin. It was Mrs. Amin’s lifelong dream to help and support the orphans living in orphanages in Armenia. Mrs. Amin was incredibly proud of her heritage and during her multiple visits to Armenia, she was able to tour the orphanages and see the conditions orphans live in and their needs. During her travels, she donated her time and gifts for the children at the “Nor Kharberd” orphanage in Armenia. Her family would like to continue her hopes and dreams for these orphans by funding a project to improve the facility at Nor Kharberd with the raised donations. A plaque to memorialize Mrs. Amin will be placed at the entrance hall of the orphanage.
