Donate Goods


The following is a non-exhaustive list of items that we accept:
  • Baby supplies, particularly diapers, baby powder and lotion, bumpers, and changing table pads;
  • Band-Aids and over the counter (OTC) medications;
  • Bath towels, bedding (for cribs and twin beds), and blankets;
  • Bicycles;
  • Books (new and gently used);
  • Clothing (new/gently used - infants through young adult);
  • Dishware, games, hair products (combs and brushes);
  • Educational supplies and toys
  • Furniture;
  • Games and toys - must be new;
  • Medical equipment;
  • Musical items (e.g., CDs and radios);
  • Personal hygiene products (e.g., soap and shampoo);
  • Shoes and sneakers;
  • Televisions and other electronic equipment; and,
  • Umbrellas.


Please note:

1) We only accept certain products (e.g., Band-Aids, diapers, and hairbrushes) if they are in their original sealed containers/packaging.

2) Donations of larger items (e.g., furniture and medical/physical therapy equipment) can be picked up directly from your locale.

Financial Donations


Matching Gifts
Many employers sponsor matching gift programs and will match charitable contributions made by their employees, and in some cases, by retirees and/or spouses. To find out if your company has a matching gift policy, contact your employer directly. The impact of your gift may be doubled or tripled!


All cash donations made to SOAR are tax deductible. We offer two methods by which you can make a donation: by check and through PayPal.
