SOAR held its 4th annual cocktail reception on Saturday, October 3, 2009, at The Village Hall in Wayne, PA. A delicious buffet was followed by a short program describing SOAR's work to date and our plans for 2010 and beyond. The theme of this year's reception was a Cultural Arvest, and the following performing and visual artists displayed their talents.
